The client relationship starts out with a partner driving that conversation, that dialog, opening up what are the needs that client organization has. How can our skill set in total serve that client? It’s not necessarily about the one person who is the client manager. The client technically belongs to corporate, but it’s always driven by a partner who either brought that client to bear or has been managing. For example there might be a regional managing partner who says this one just came in, the best skill set might be Melissa. Melissa drives it from the client account manager perspective, or Jim in Boston might have opened up the door but he actually doesn’t have the right skill set so he acts as the client account manager, he brings the appropriate partners to work on that engagement and corporate supports that entire process.
